The Online Store Mobile app for iOS and Androids allows you to instantly manage your store wherever you are using your mobile phone, get notified about new orders with push notifications and share your products on Instagram and Facebook, or via text messaging and email.
To manage your Online Store using this app, please follow these steps:
1. Log into your Online Store.
2. Click Promotions > Mobile.
3. Click the Get the App button.
There are two ways to get the Online Store app.
Option 1: Using SMS
1. Enter your Phone number.
2. Click the Send Me the App button.
3. You will receive a text message which contains a link. Click on the link provided.
Option 2: Using QR code
1. Scan the QR code icon with your QR code reader.
2. Follow the prompt to open the URL link.
How to modify inventory
- To open the catalog tap the box icon:
- Choose a product you want to update.
- Tap the product price to open product controls.
Here you can toggle product availability, change the price, set up the sale price, manage the number of items in stock, set up the item weight and delete the product.
How to manage orders
- To open the order list, tap the paper tray icon:
- Tap the order to see its details.
- To change the order status, tap the status (for ex. Awaiting Payment) and choose a new status from the list. The status will be changed immediately.
How to add new products
- Tap the chart icon to open the store dashboard:
- Tap Add new product button to start adding a new product.
- Enter the product name, price and tap the plus to add the image. You can add the product image by taking a photo or choose an existing image. Tap Create when you're ready.
How to update product details
- To open the catalog tap the box icon:
- Choose a product you want to update.
- Tap product name to update the name and SKU.
- Tap Description to update it using a built-in editor.
- Tap Category to choose the categories the product should be assigned to.
