We're sorry to hear that you're having this trouble. If you're trying to delete a widget and are unable to do so, one trick you can try is changing your layout to 3 columns or 3-over-1. Then, drag the offending widget into one of the columns and try to delete it. Once deleted, simply switch back to your original layout and drag the widgets back into their original placement.
